Hudson Valley Factory Conversion

Former laboratory complex on 8.9 acres in the bucolic Hudson Valley. With an eye toward adaptive re-use and a desire to minimize the existing constructed footprint, the two buildings — abandoned and in disrepair — were reduced, repaired, restored, and renovated.

Building 1

2,400 sf circa 1970s brick structure converted to a 2-Bedroom/2-Bath “loft-in-the-woods” Main House.

Building 2

6,400 sf circa 1940s and 1970s agglomeration was cut into thirds. The middle section removed in its entirety; the rear section transformed into a 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Guest House; and the front section transformed into an ivy-covered Walled Garden.
