Restoration and renovation of an early 20th-century manufacturing space in NYC’s Ladies Mile Historic District to create a Bistro-style Restaurant & Bar. A classic mahogany bar, large mirrors and expansive central banquette create both a sense of intimacy and grandeur in the 200-seat restaurant, where the design was kept intentionally minimal — calling attention to the building’s original details and the display of paintings created by the Owner.
